Invoice Received despite Contract Termination

The toll transactions and fees you generate by the toll operator to maut1 are not transmitted in real time.



It takes several weeks (in exceptional cases, several months) after the trip for toll fees to be transmitted to us. Therefore, it may happen that you have already returned your toll box; however, we are only able to generate the invoice afterwards. 



You can find the exact dates on which the toll charges were incurred on the invoice itself, which you will receive by email before the amount is debited.



Please manage Digital Services like 'Automatic Parking' separately in your customer account, if necessary.
