When will I Receive my Toll Invoice?

It usually takes around 4 - 6 weeks for the toll operators to send us the toll transactions and fees you have incurred. Toll fees are not transmitted in real time. 

Only then can we create your invoice and send it to you by email.

The outstanding fees are automatically debited from your registered payment method. Our billing cycle is usually once a month, with the shipping date of the corresponding toll box serving as the key date. 

Please note: In exceptional cases, there may be delays in the transmission of toll charges by the toll operators, which will also result in later invoicing by maut1.de.
