End a Contract

To cancel the contract, toll boxes must be returned to the following address:

As soon as your return shipment is received, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt and the contract will be terminated  automatically - provided there are no additional toll boxes associated with the contract (e.g., multiple toll boxes were ordered or a new toll box was received as part of a replacement).



Please note that the customer is liable for the costs of blocking if a toll box is lost - including during return shipment. 


We therefore recommend returning the device via postal service or DHL with a tracking number and keeping the shipping receipt until you have received a confirmation of receipt via email from maut1 for each toll box.



Please note: License plate registrations for digital services (e.g., parking in Germany) are to be managed in the “Digital Services” profile area.
