Return/Keep Holders (end of contract)

If you return your toll box to us as part of a contract termination or due to replacement of your Toll Box, the holder does not necessarily have to be included in your return shipment.

In the event of a contract withdrawal (14 days after order placement) where the toll box has not yet been used, we reserve the right to deduct the purchase price of the holder and the shipping costs from the refund price if the holder is returned to us in used condition.
