How do I end my Contract

If you no longer require the toll box, you can simply return it to us. 

Please do not send us an additional email to notify us of your cancellation.

The contract is terminated upon receipt of the returned item. The contract is terminated upon receipt of the returned item and will not be extended further. Any toll fees that have not yet been billed will still be charged.


Please note that the sender always bears the transport costs and transport risk - in the case of a return shipment, the customer is therefore responsible for the whereabouts of the shipment.


Our recommendation:


  • Return the item with a tracking number and
  • keep the shipping receipt until you have received confirmation of receipt by email from maut1.




If it is not possible to return the toll box (e.g. due to loss or theft), the toll box must be blocked at your expense in order to terminate the contract. You can find information on this by clicking here. 



Please manage Digital Services like 'Automatic Parking' separately in your customer account, if necessary.
