End Contract without Return Shipment - Toll Box Lost/Stolen

If a toll box is lost and cannot be returned, it must be blocked. To do this, we require a clear written request from you, which we ask you to submit via our contact form, selecting “I have Placed an Order in the Past” and specifying “Loss/Theft of Toll Box”:

In order for us to be able to block the device in accordance to the contract, please indicate the following by replying to this email:

The clear and written request from you to “block” the box
License plate number
Time and place of the theft/loss
Serial number of the toll box (visible in your customer account under the menu item “Toll Box Management”)

If your toll box has been replaced in the past, you have to make sure to provide us with the Serial Numb of the correct Toll Box. Alternatively, you can also clearly inform us on which toll box you currently have.

A blocking is irrevocable will incur a blocking fee of € 40.00.

The contract regarding the toll box also ends when your toll box is blocked, as long as you no longer own another device (i.e. as a replacement). If you are still interested in using a toll box, you can order a new one any time via the website.

Important:

- If the toll box is stolen or lost, it can still be used until it is blocked.

- The customer is responsible for the continued use of the toll box until the blocking takes effect.

- Furthermore, the customer shall be liable for any further damage caused by misuse of the product until the blocking request is processed.

If a Toll Box is neither returned nor blocked, the contract is automatically extended annually another twelve months and the provision fees are payable regardless of whether you have lost the toll box and are using it.

Digital Services like "Parking Germany" or "A24 Blankenburg Netherlands" function independently from the toll box and must be managed separately in your customer profile.
