When will my Contract be Prolonged?

One month after your order has been shipped/collected, the first annual fee* will be charged. This date will then function as the reference date for further annual contract renewals.


Example:

  1. If your order is shipped on May 16, 2026,
  2. the first annual fee* will be charged automatically on June 16, 2026, in advance for the provision of the device.
  3. The second annual fee will then be charged on June 16, 2027, and so forth**.



**: If you do not wish to continue the contract beyond the first year (i.e., do not wish to pay a second annual fee), the toll box in the example must be returned to and received by maut1 before June 16, 2027.


*: With the Premium Toll Box, the monthly fee in the example is charged for the first time on June 16, 2026, and then on the 16th of each subsequent month (July 16, 2026, August 16, 2026, September 16, 2026, October 16, 2026, etc.) until the end of the contract year. If the device is not returned/cancelled by June 16, 2027, the monthly fees will continue to be billed monthly for a further 12 months, etc.
