  • Unless the toll box was returned, the contract renews automatically each year and the toll box remains active.
  • Before the toll box battery runs out, maut1 will automatically contact you to arrange a replacement.
  • When you place an order, a payment method is stored for automatic payment of invoices, which is used for rental/activation fees and toll fees.
  • You will receive toll invoices via email a few weeks after your trip for your records.
  • You are obligated to keep your license plate number up to date in your customer profile.
  • You are obligated to keep your contact information up to date.
  • You are obligated to read and follow the included instructions.
  • To ensure the toll box functions as intended, it is essential to ensure it is installed in the correct position on your windscreen.
  • The toll box will arrive activated and registered.
