If a toll box is lost and cannot be returned, it must be blocked. To do this, we require a clear written request from you, which we ask you to submit via our contact form, selecting “I have Placed an Order in the Past” - Type: “Loss/Theft of Toll Box”:
If the toll box is stolen, lost, or severely damaged, it must be blocked. This incurs a blocking fee of € 40.00.
The blocking of a Toll Box is irrevocable.
In order for us to be able to block the device in accordance to the contract, please indicate the following:
- The clear and written request from you to “block” the box
- License plate number
- Time and place of the theft/loss
- Serial number of the toll box (visible in your customer account under the menu item “Toll Box management”)
If your toll box has been replaced in the past, please make sure to provide us with the correct toll box number. Alternatively, you can also clearly inform us which toll box you currently have.
If a toll box is neither returned nor blocked, the contract is automatically extended annually for a further twelve months and the annual fee is to be paid regardless of whether you have lost the toll box.
