The heavy-vehicle-devices 'Toll Box motorhomes and vehicles over 3 m height' and 'Toll Box for commercial trucks over 3 m high and over 3.5 t weight' cover the following countries:
- Italy (including Sicily and Ferry 'Villa San Giovanni - Messina' (Sicily), + parking)
- France (+ parking)
- Spain (+ parking)
- Portugal
- Austria
- (Belgium - Liefkenshoek Tunnel)
Italy - Spain - Portugal:
Italy, Spain, and Portugal are covered with any vehicle, regardless of weight and height. At the toll station itself, the vehicle is measured and classified using sensors, and the correct tariff is charged automatically.
Only in France and Austria certain aspects must be taken into account regarding vehicle dimensions.
France:
The heavy-vehicle-devices only work in France for vehicles over 3 metres in height, measured without superstructures and/or or over 4.5 tonnes actual total weight and/or with at least 3 axles
Austria:
In Austria, the heavy-vehicle-devices may only be used with vehicles that weigh more than 3.5 tonnes according to the vehicle registration document.
Our heavy-vehicle-devices can also be used in Liefkenshoek Tunnel in Belgium.
