Invoice does not include my entire trip

Toll charges are not transmitted by the toll operator in real time. It takes several weeks to months for the relevant toll operator to send us the toll transactions and charges, and these are not always transmitted at the same speed, so it is not unusual for invoices not to include the entire trip. If any transactions are missing, they will be charged to you in the next billing cycle.
