Returned replaced Toll Box?

If you have received a new toll box as part of an exchange, please return the original i.e. exchanged toll box so that we can send it back to the manufacturer. The return address is:

Please note that the sender always bears the transport costs and transport risk - in the case of a return shipment, the customer is therefore responsible for the whereabouts of the shipment.

Our recommendation:

• Return the item with a tracking number and
• keep the shipping receipt until you have received confirmation of receipt by email from maut1.
