Return Shipments from Outside of EU

Please note that returns from non-EU countries sometimes reach us via customs. This means that we may need to identify the sender based on the outside of your parcel in order to apply for customs clearance.


When returning a Toll Box to us, please clearly state the sender’s name and address as registered with maut1, in addition to the contents. Our returns address:
