Our 'clip' or 'slide' mount:
Only the mount is firmly attached to the windshield. The toll box itself can be slid out of the mount from the side at any time.
To remove both the toll box and the mount from the windshield: Rotate the toll box while it is still in the mount, or apply heat to the adhesive with a hair dryer. Please proceed with caution when using the hair dryer, as rapid temperature changes can cause cracks in the windshield.
Our 'Velcro' holder (only a few types until early 2022):
Your toll box is attached to the windshield with 'Velcro' pieces and can be removed at any time from the Velcro counterpart, which is firmly adhered to the windshield.
To remove both the toll box and mount from the windshield: The best way to remove the Velcro counterpart is to apply heat to the adhesive, for example, with a hair dryer. Please do this carefully, as rapid temperature changes can cause cracks in the windshield.
