Yes, changing vehicles or license plates is no problem with the 'Toll Box up to 3 m high.' To do so, log in to your customer profile and change your vehicle/license plate under the menu item “Toll Box Management.”
We recommend that you change the license plate the day before your planned departure so that it is activated in all toll systems along the way.
If the license plate remains the same when changing vehicles, all you need to do is attach the toll box correctly to the windshield in the designated spot in the vehicle.
Please note: License plate registrations for digital services (e.g., Parking Germany) may need to be managed separately in your account under 'Digital Services'.
