New Vehicle

For the 'Toll Box motorhomes and vehicles over 3 height'm high' and 'Toll Box for commercial trucks over 3 m high and over 3.5 t weight' the vehicle data registered on it (visible in the customer profile under 'Toll Box Management') cannot be changed.

We therefore recommend that you order a new toll box via maut1.de if you switch to a vehicle with different data. The current toll box can be returned to us if not in use in order to terminate the corresponding contract.

If the vehicle data is identical, you can continue to use the toll box. Additional mounts are available by contacting our customer service.

If the following vehicle data specified when placing an order for a 'Toll Box motorhomes and vehicles over 3 height'm high' and 'Toll Box for commercial trucks over 3 m high and over 3.5 t weight' changes with your new vehicle, the toll box may no longer be used:

• License plate number
• Country of registration
• EC vehicle class (field “J” in the vehicle registration document)
• EURO emission class (if downgraded, e.g., from VI to V)
• Engine type
• Minimum number of axles (if increased)
• Technically permissible total mass in kg (F1)

License plate registrations for digital services (e.g., Parking Germany) must be managed or canceled separately in the “Digital Services” profile area, independently of the toll box.
